Etna & Taormina tours

This tour lasts approximately 9 hours.

Visit the world’s most active volcano and
Sicily’s most picturesque town all in one day!

Mt. Etna:

The winding, scenic drive to Mt. Etna will take you to an astounding 6,000 feet above sea level! From here you will get stunning, panoramic views and a close-up look at the Silvestri Crater.

Be prepared for a surreal experience as you survey the black volcanic terrain, fresh lava fields and constant stream of smoke pouring from the summit. Walk around the massive craters and listen to the heartbeat-like sounds coming from deep with the mountain. You’re sure to come away with an impressive reminder of the incredible power of nature.

Boasting lots of Greek history mixed with Roman, Taormina today is a world famous international resort and a town of seemingly endless charm.

Spend some time strolling the pretty streets with all their architectural eye-candy, sophisticated shops and intriguing galleries. You should not miss the remarkably preserved amphiteatre, one of the most celebrated ruins in Sicily, with its breathtaking views up and down the coast. There is also much unspoiled natural beauty to be enjoyed. Take the funicular down to the shore and stretch your legs along one of the many gorgeous beaches, and discover why such defining geographic features as Isola Bella are so named.
