Sorrento & Capri tours

Private shore excursion Capri and Sorrento

This tour lasts approximately 9 hours.

Experience two magical places where history, nature and culture intersect.

Sorrento:

In the charming resort town of Sorrento you will discover a village brimming with character and overflowing with pretty streets and charming people. Here the ancient Greeks and Romans found inspiration for their art and industry, and it is here that you will find inspiration for the shopping spree of your dreams! Sorrento is known for its fine porcelain, woodworking, mosaics and furniture.

Capri:

Besides being visually stunning, the island of Capri also has an interesting history. Excavations have shown that human presence on the island goes back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages. Certainly the Greeks were here. Emperor Tiberius built several holiday villas here (you can visit Villa Jovis), then took up residence and ran the Roman Empire from here! French troops under Napoleon occupied Capri in 1806.

Enjoy the endless features of the landscape as well as museums and monuments, historic homes open to viewing, churches and restaurants.

You will arrive in Capri by hydrofoil, accompanied by an English speaking escort who will stay with you until your return to port.
